PROFILE
Gaiamamoo is experimental improvisation unit and audio visual artist from Tokyo, formed in 2012 by Shogo Haraguchi and Mehata Sentimental Legend. Gaiamamoo merge improvised noise music with their video art work. By using characteristics of the illusion caused by simultaneous stimulation of hearing and vision, Gaiamamoo create spontaneous experiences a sense of “link” or “break” from its performance.
In 2018 they got an invitation from “Mixology Festival” at Roulette Intermedium, NY. Also selected Festival “End Tymes 7” (2017, Silent Burn, NY, ), “Kameyama Triennale” (2017, Kato-ke Yashiki Ato, Mie) and PARC organized “Sound Live Tokyo_New Sound Sanctuary” (2015, Super Deluxe, Tokyo).
